E-Glass EMK Fiberglass Stitched Mat (EMK) is composed of randomly distributed chopped E-glass strands, stitched together with polyester yarn for improved integrity and handling. It offers excellent dimensional stability, durability, and resin compatibility.
Widely used in Pultrusion, Filament Winding, Hand Lay-up, and RTM processes, EMK is ideal for manufacturing FRP pipes, storage tanks, and other structural composites.

E-Glass EMK Fiberglass Stitched Mat (EMK) features a sophisticated architecture composed of randomly oriented chopped E-glass strands, securely bonded through polyester stitching. This engineered construction ensures excellent dimensional stability and enhanced mechanical integrity, enabling superior handling during complex composite fabrication.
Unlike traditional mats prone to fiber migration, EMK’s stitching prevents delamination and maintains uniform fiber distribution, leading to consistent resin permeability and reduced resin consumption. This stable fiber network promotes improved interlaminar shear strength and mitigates crack initiation in finished parts.
Optimized for diverse manufacturing techniques—including Pultrusion, Filament Winding, Hand Lay-up, and Resin Transfer Molding (RTM)—EMK is especially suited for fabricating high-performance FRP pipes, storage tanks, and structural components demanding durability and long-term dimensional control.
The mat’s non-woven, stitched glass fiber fabric construction promotes fast wet-out and excellent bonding with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resins, ensuring reliable laminate consolidation even under closed mold and vacuum infusion conditions. Its compatibility with multiple resin systems enhances flexibility across marine, automotive, wind energy, and aerospace composite applications.
By combining high tensile strength, superior resin flow characteristics, and multi-directional reinforcement, the E-Glass EMK Fiberglass Stitched Mat represents a trusted material choice for manufacturers prioritizing process efficiency and structural performance in demanding environments.
One roll is wrapped in plastic film and then placed into a carton or a large carton.
Normally, P4 (4 big rolls) or P7 (4 big rolls + 3 small rolls) or 6, 9, or 12 small rolls are packed per pallet horizontally/vertically. It can be customized based on the loading method.
Fiberglass products should be stocked in a dry, cool, and waterproof place. The best condition is with a temperature between 15-35℃, with a relative humidity between 30%-65%. Please keep the product in its original packaging before use, avoiding moisture.
