The Surface Veil Stitched Combo Mat (EMKP) is a sophisticated composite reinforcement engineered to deliver both surface excellence and structural integrity in a single, integrated solution. By combining a fine surface veil layer with underlying chopped strand mat or stitched fiberglass plies, EMKP achieves a unique balance between aesthetic quality and mechanical performance.

The surface veil plays a critical role in creating a smooth, defect-free laminate finish, minimizing print-through, fiber bloom, and surface irregularities that commonly plague composite parts. This enhances the visual appeal and reduces the need for extensive post-processing or gel coat applications.

Beneath this veil, the robust chopped strand mat or stitched fiberglass layers provide the composite with high tensile strength, dimensional stability, and exceptional resin permeability, facilitating uniform resin flow during RTM (Resin Transfer Molding), Hand Lay-up, and related molding processes. Packing & Delivery

One roll is wrapped in plastic film and then placed into a carton or a large carton.

Normally, P4 (4 big rolls) or P7 (4 big rolls + 3 small rolls) or 6, 9, or 12 small rolls are packed per pallet horizontally/vertically. It can be customized based on the loading method.

Storage

Fiberglass products should be stocked in a dry, cool, and waterproof place. The best condition is with a temperature between 15-35℃, with a relative humidity between 30%-65%. Please keep the product in its original packaging before use, avoiding moisture.
