Fiberglass Woven Roving Fabric is a bidirectional reinforcement material woven from continuous glass fiber rovings. It offers high tensile strength, impact resistance, and excellent dimensional stability, ensuring uniform resin impregnation in composite applications.
Widely applied in Hand Lay-up, Filament Winding, and Compression Molding processes, it is suitable for manufacturing FRP boats, storage tanks, wind turbine blades, automotive components, and building panels.

Fiberglass woven roving fabric is a high-strength, bidirectional load-bearing structural reinforcement fabric that often plays a “skeletal” role in composite material design. It is often used as the main reinforcement layer in composite laminate structures, combined with surface mats or chopped mats, to achieve both strength and surface finish.
1. Made of continuous glass fiber roving woven in a 0°/90° bidirectional pattern.
2. The fabric structure is regular, with high fiber density, which helps distribute force evenly.
1. High tensile strength and modulus in both the longitudinal and transverse directions.
2. Excellent crack resistance and impact strength.
3. Good resin wettability, ensuring the strength and stability of laminated boards.
1. Due to its thickness and high weight (generally ranging from 200 g/m² to 1200 g/m²), it can quickly increase the thickness of laminated products.
2. It has moderate resin absorption and fast wetting speed, making it suitable for composite molding processes such as hand lay-up, winding, and compression molding.
3. The fabric is easy to cut and flexible in terms of layering direction, which is conducive to the molding of complex shapes.
Compared with chopped strand mat (CSM), woven roving fabric has higher mechanical properties but slightly inferior surface flatness.
One roll is wrapped in plastic film and then placed into a carton or a large carton.
Normally, P4 (4 big rolls) or P7 (4 big rolls + 3 small rolls) or 6, 9, or 12 small rolls are packed per pallet horizontally/vertically. It can be customized based on the loading method.
Fiberglass products should be stocked in a dry, cool, and waterproof place. The best condition is with a temperature between 15-35℃, with a relative humidity between 30%-65%. Please keep the product in its original packaging before use, avoiding moisture.
