E-glass Woven Roving Mat (WRM) is a stitched combo mat composed of woven roving fabric and chopped glass fibers, bonded mechanically with polyester yarn and without chemical binder. It delivers excellent strength, durability, and uniform resin flow in composite manufacturing.
Widely used in Pultrusion, Hand Lay-up, and RTM processes, WRM is ideal for producing FRP boats, panels, automotive parts, cooling towers, and swimming pools.

E-glass Woven Roving Mat (WRM) is an engineered stitched combo mat integrating layers of woven roving fabric with randomly oriented chopped glass fibers, mechanically bonded through polyester stitching without any chemical binder. This unique hybrid structure delivers a robust balance of high tensile strength, dimensional stability, and uniform resin permeability essential for consistent composite fabrication.
The woven roving component provides exceptional directional reinforcement, offering superior load-bearing capacity in both the 0° and 90° fiber directions, while the chopped strand mat enhances isotropic bonding and facilitates resin flow, reducing dry spots and void formation during processing.
WRM’s binder-free, stitch-bonded construction ensures excellent wet-out speed and resin compatibility with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy systems, making it highly suitable for Pultrusion, Hand Lay-up, and Resin Transfer Molding (RTM).
Widely applied in manufacturing demanding FRP boats, composite panels, automotive structural parts, cooling towers, and swimming pools, WRM delivers durable, lightweight solutions with improved surface finish and mechanical reliability.
One roll is wrapped in plastic film and then placed into a carton or a large carton.
Normally, P4 (4 big rolls) or P7 (4 big rolls + 3 small rolls) or 6, 9, or 12 small rolls are packed per pallet horizontally/vertically. It can be customized based on the loading method.
Fiberglass products should be stocked in a dry, cool, and waterproof place. The best condition is with a temperature between 15-35℃, with a relative humidity between 30%-65%. Please keep the product in its original packaging before use, avoiding moisture.
