Flow Medium LTNM

Fiberglass Core Flow Mat (Flow Medium LTNM) is a high-performance composite material featuring a sandwich structure with a synthetic non-woven core between layers of chopped fiberglass. This design ensures excellent resin flow and uniform distribution, making it ideal for RTM, vacuum forming, injection molding, and SRIM processes.

Widely used in manufacturing strong, lightweight FRP parts for marine, automotive, aerospace, and panel applications, it helps improve production efficiency and part quality.

Detail

Resin doesn’t like to wait — and neither should your production line.

Flow Medium LTNM, our fiberglass core flow mat, transforms the infusion process by embedding resin pathways directly into the reinforcement layer. No extra mesh. No patchwork. Just seamless flow from edge to edge.

Built with a high-loft synthetic core sandwiched between chopped fiberglass layers, this material isn't just smart — it's engineered to perform.

Where Fiberglass Core Flow Mat Belongs

1. In a marine hull, reducing infusion time by 30% and weight by 20%

2. Inside an automotive floor panel, giving it strength without excess bulk

3. Across an equipment enclosure, delivering a smooth finish and a clean layup

4. In your next composite innovation, streamlining production, start to finish

Packing & Delivery

One roll is wrapped in plastic film and then placed into a carton or a large carton.

Normally, P4 (4 big rolls) or P7 (4 big rolls + 3 small rolls) or 6, 9, or 12 small rolls are packed per pallet horizontally/vertically. It can be customized based on the loading method.

Storage

Fiberglass products should be stocked in a dry, cool, and waterproof place. The best condition is with a temperature between 15-35℃, with a relative humidity between 30%-65%. Please keep the product in its original packaging before use, avoiding moisture.
